Do you struggle with Inspiration
My go to currently is painting lots of different styles of flowers and there are times I wan’t to break free from this, but don’t know what to paint. I often see paintings on Social Media and think I would love to paint that, but don’t know where to start, so spend time looking for easier options or revert back to flowers. Sometimes I find doing one of the courses on here gives me inspiration to try something different too.
Do you have a style/subject that you always fall back on, if so how do you move from that or are you happy to stay with it?

I’m very much a beginner, just one month. I started with one of Sarah’s watercolour workbooks, which has helped to build some confidence, it can feel daunting as we start out, so just trying to learn and practice daily. I have noticed this forum is not active, which is a shame as it helps the learning process. Just wanted to connect and acknowledge your question .
I love flowers, cute animals, and hope to learn how to paint cottages and landscapes.
